Privacy Policy
This website is built so that as little data as possible arises. The short version: your lists are processed only in your browser, there are no cookies and no requests to third parties.
Controller
Niels Hegmans, Johannes-Dech-Str. 49, 50737 Köln, Germany. E-mail: show e-mail address. Details are in the imprint.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, with a data processing agreement; no data is transferred to third countries. When you open a page, the web server processes technical data needed to deliver it (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). Addresses are shortened in the logs and logs are kept only for a short time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Your lists and settings
Names, comments, draw results and shared links are handled only in your browser; they are not sent to our server. For your convenience the tools store your list, the colour theme and the sound setting in the local storage of your browser. This is functionally necessary, contains no tracking and can be deleted at any time through your browser settings or the Clear button. When you use Share link, the list is encoded in the part of the address after the # sign. Browsers do not transmit that part to any server.
Cookies and third parties
We set no cookies. Fonts, scripts, icons and sounds are served from this website itself. We do not embed content from third parties, so no consent banner is needed.
Anonymous reach measurement
We use Matomo, which we host ourselves at matomo.heimseiten.com, to count page views. Matomo runs here without cookies and without browser fingerprinting, honours the Do-Not-Track setting of your browser and records no visitor profile. Requests from automated browsers are not counted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You can object at any time by switching on Do Not Track in your browser or by writing to us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to us at the e-mail address above.
